The world wide economic downturn had its effect on this year’s reunion.
Although we all agreed that
quality can be better than quantity, not to mention the chance to have a good old natter, it was a shame that some corporations
deemed it unnecessary to send key employees to this years G2E.
Even some of the locals were unable to attend!
The Wednesday
Cruise Ship reunion also suffered a little.
Brian McMullan has said in he past that Wednesday would be a better day for him for us
to have the reunion so next year (’09) the traditional Tuesday and Cruise Ship Wed. will both be on Wednesday Nov. 18th.
