Hello Everyone,
I'm really upset to have to tell you all that Graham Kerner died last evening, he'd been battling colon / bowel cancer for over 3 years; he was 59.
Graham was a dice dealer at Park Lane, mainly under the watchful eye of Don Kennaugh on the craps table - "Kerner - you've got hands like a bunch of bananas!" ....
He left Playboy to run his own pub and we met up again in the early - mid 80's and were a couple for quite a number of years, we had The Crown & Greyhound Pub in Dulwich Village for the best part of four years before we split up.
We always remained friends and he became my mentor and financial advisor during the purchase of The Grapes in 2006. He was like my bezzy mate and whenever I had a problem with running the pub he was always available to put me straight.
His wife, Carol, is obviously devastated and I'm sure she'll let me know when the arrangements have been made.  I shall let everyone know in due course.
I'm really going to miss him.

Hi Neil,
Very sad news from Barbara about my good friend Graham Kerner, I don't know if you remember him from London Playboy.
I have attached a group shot of two crap crews on Playboy's Fourth Floor, Graham is the good looking guy 3 from the left. I am sure the UK Playboy group will like to share this photo from 1975.

Thanks for the photo Neil, nice to see the lads again.

Sad news about Graham. He was always a positive, friend-to-all on the crew ...and yes, a good looking bastard! Lucky-devil with the ladies. Last time I saw him was in his pub in the Edgware Road area. We exchanged emails a couple of years ago with a view to catch up. Ah well. See you later, Graham.
Cheers Don, hope you're well. Thanks for the photo. I'll use it to prove I worked there. Rothesay/Rank have no record I was ever there. So no pension. 6 and a half years.
